These kinds of questions not only promote gender stereotypes but could potentially trigger someone who has experienced domestic violence or emotional abuse. Moreover, such content contributes to the normalization of toxic relationships, which poses real danger to women's physical and mental well-being.
It's high time we demand better content from content creators and call out anyone who creates or shares such demeaning and harmful material. We need to promote a culture of respect, equality, and healthy relationships.
As black people, we have dealt with our share of racial prejudice, violence, and discrimination, and we should support each other in fighting against all forms of oppression, including sexism. We need to work together to create a world where all women, regardless of their race, religion or sexual orientation, can feel safe, respected and valued.
